   Hope it's not too much of a shock to get thrust into the limelight, lol.
   
   I would say that your pages are well written but that you might like to think about the kind of titles that will get online traffic. You seem to go for titles that would do well in magazines rather than search engines.
   
   We all hate pandering to search engines rather than humans, but we all love the traffic an SEO friendly title brings in.

   My one tip for you would be to focus on articles that will stand the test of time, rather than those in the news right now. Evergreen topics win out on HubPages because they get moved to the network sites.

   It's a shame Steven didn't turn up. Maybe I shouldn't have offered unsolicited advice. For some people, any kind of advice. however well intentioned. is seen as intrusive.

                     Given how little I contribute these days, seeing my name in the sidebar is a good argument for trying to tempt in newbies.
                     
                     As for "stale" I think we are more like well hung pheasants, developing deep and mysterious flavours, as we linger.
