Do you think he was referring to the weather? I find San Francisco quite refreshing in the summers, away from the heat.
I've watched night baseball games at San Fran where everyone was wearing coats in the middle of the summer. This tells you something about the weather there.

Trump is considering ending the shutdown on April 19th i believe. The shutdown is ruining the economy. If we enter a depression as bad as the Great depression people will commit suicide. I looked it up, and the suicide rate went up 6% during the great depression.
The economy needs to do well, and Trump has a point. If you think about it, it's depressing having to stay inside all the time, and people are not working either. In my community, people are at the park, getting outside. It's very refreshing to see.
