    Hi there,

    'Spammy elements' are just given as one possible cause why your article wasn't accepted.

    The main problems I can see are:

    You haven't attributed the images properly.

    The title could be better, "Don't Blame Yourself for Procrastinating".

    The first sentence is a little awkward, this section "most of us try to get rid of it, but in a new vision..."

    Maybe, "Most people try to overcome it but psychologist Dr. Mary Lamia, explains how to make it work for us."

    Format the reference to the book properly: "...to prepare for her book, What Motivates Getting Things Done, Rowman & Littlefield, 2017.

    I can't see the 'following references' as they are hidden by my ad blocker. Note that many people use them, so the information may not be visible to them.

    Use the built-in numbering in the capsule toolbar, rather than typing them in.

    Those are just the things I noticed at the beginning of the article. There are several other problems, so read the material in the Learning Center and give the piece a good working over to fix it.
