Reminder: Upcoming Changes to HubPages Earnings and Publishing
Dear HubPages authors,
As announced previously, HubPages is in the process of winding down due to changes in the online media landscape. We wanted to share a brief reminder about a few important upcoming dates and what they mean for your account.
Earnings Program Reminder
Earnings will no longer accrue starting January 20, 2026. Earnings generated from activity through January 19, 2026 will be applied and paid out by the end of March. This will be the final period during which content can generate earnings through the HubPages Earnings Program.
Final earnings balances will be calculated over the following weeks. Any final balance of $5.00 or greater will be paid out once calculations are complete.
Content and Account Access
Account access will remain available until at least the end of February 2026, during which time we strongly encourage authors to download or make copies of their content.
Your content may remain published on HubPages for users to continue reading, but no further edits or updates will be possible once publishing and editing are disabled.
Support After February 2026
Beginning in March 2026, any remaining account-related questions or requests should be directed to team@hubpages.com, as access to your account will no longer be available.
