It says no hubs promoting gambling or promoting gambling sites, etc. If I write about poker strategy is this considered PROMOTING gambling?
I don't speak for HubPages, but if you had no outbound links and you didn't mention any business which profits from poker, or any professional poker competition or the like, my guess is that you would probably be OK with a Hub purely on strategy.
If it were me, I would talk about "matchsticks" rather than "chips" or "dollars" if discussing betting strategies.
You can always draft it, then email the team, or Maddie, to check it before you publish it.
