Hi! I think I just made a third party Amazon sale (that's what it said on my orders report), but I don't see any money on my earnings report. Anyone knows why that is? I noticed that the item hasn't been shipped. Could that be why? Also, how exactly does a third party sale work? Sorry, this is my first sale and I don't really know how it works
Also, a different question, but can anyone access Google adsense at the moment? I think I just had a major virus attack (still trying to remedy that), and I don't know if that might be the reason why I can't access google or if it's a problem on their side. Thanks!
You will not earn Amazon commission until the item ships. A third party is simply another entity that sells items on Amazon, however the commission generally works the same. In other words, Amazon doesn't fulfill those orders, the seller does. Sort of like on eBay.
Congrats on your first sale!
Also - I am having no issues accessing Google Adsense at this time. Perhaps you could try restarting your computer or using a different browser?
Wow .. you guys are fast with the replies. Thanks! It's 1 AM here and I thought I was gonna have to wait a while before I can go to bed because I wanted the answer so badly
So, go me with my first sale! Woo hoo! And I think I'll just try adsense again in the morning. Thanks again, Mark and girly girl

Once you get your first 7 orders completed, and your commission rate jumps to 6%, does it stay there forever? Or does it reset each month? Also, do you have to get all seven orders in one month to meet the criteria for increased commission? Thanks.

Question about Google Adsense and the Ad CodeI applied to Adsense when I created this hubpage profile and I was declined for not having enough content. So, I posted a couple more hubs, added more pictures, videos and resubmitted my application. Well then I got another email:"Welcome to...

Does adsense pay attention to click-though rates and sales? My lens (now a hub) on king mackerel fishing only receives about 50 views a month. But it had a nearly 30 click-outs each month, resulting in 3-4 sales. I would have had decent earnings but the 'Great Purge' over in squid...

Hi,I have just written my first hub. I have refreshed the page now 4 or 5 times, and checked the source. Each time, all of the google ads and also all of the amazon books were using a hubpages identifier, rather than my own.Is this normal at the start? I was under the impression that - at least with...
