How can you tell if someone cancelled an order thru Amazon?
I just wonder because u and I (cagsil) had our Amazon birthdays together and I haven't seen that it was sent or cancelled- Just ordered. I thought it took like 2 days to ship.?
No, not always. It can take up to a week or longer, especially with third parties. You can see on your order screen whether or not the item was ordered with Amazon or a third party.
The thing is, as well, that sometimes things are put on back order, and those are the ones which can take a while to deliver. I think my record so far is around 6-7 weeks for one item from when it was ordered. You only get credited when the item is shipped.
Mine has already been shipped. So, I don't know. I would think there would be some way to tell...or maybe the item is out of stock at this time....so Amazon is holding it's status. I am not sure if they tell you that or not.
I am really a newcomer to this part. Sorry, wish I could be more help.
I don't know of any way to determine it, other than it never shows up on your credited items. Returns are easy enough to determine, since you get a negative adjustment on your advertising fees, but otherwise it's just not there.
Sometimes it can be taking a while to show up because the vendor is out of stock as well. I've had items show up which had been ordered near the beginning of the previous month, so don't give up hope just yet.

I know it can take up to 7 days for an ordered product to be shipped out, and that Amazon does not show ordered product on earnings report until it is shipped out. My estimation is that it has been 7 days since product was ordered, but earnings report still does not show it. If somebody...

It was directly related to one of my hubs, and I'm sooo happy right now. It was only a rather cheap dvd though, so the commission is probably not too high. And how long does it take before you will know if an order is actually shipped and so you will get that commission?

Just a report of a possible glitch in the new program. I signed up, I think, on the 16th of the month, and the 17th shows two shipments. The 18th also shows a shipment, so the system is working. The 18th also shows a sale, and shipment of that sale, in my Amazon account - something that...

I have been keeping a close eye on my Amazon sales and shipments by displaying the Earnings Reports to show Amazon "All Time" and it shows that 10 items never were shipped yet. Seven (7) of those 10 items are pending shipment for over two weeks now, and maybe much longer. I can't...

On January 30, my account shows that three items were ordered. However, there is no record of them being shipped. Were they returned? This happens, but is there any way to find out? Thanks in advance for your help.
