Could anyone of you please recommend me a free Grammar checker software? I need to give my hardworks some value correcting the errors of my ridiculously poor English grammar.
MS Word, which you have to pay for, does a miserable job in this regard. This does not bode well for any free stuff that might be out there. But then again, who knows? Drop by cnet.com and see if they have anything.
From my research, it seems Whitesmoke is the leader on software. Grammarly is a leading online solution, subscriptions-based. Please note that I cannot endorse these, as I have not used them, but they are established companies.
Microsoft Word is now available for free as cloud computing with a Windows Live membership which is free. Other benefits are available including storage space etc.
