Is there a way I can upload my hub widget to my computer and how would I do that?

I get the html from ' follow this hubber' in my profile. Then the instruction is to paste this html in your hub. Where in the hub do I paste it?

Is there a balance of Amazon products on a page that makes a hub overly promotional? Or is it dependent on the individual hub (over and beyond the 50 words per product)?
