Hello, I am quite new to hub pages,
I have used advertisment through facebook in the past to get traffic and it is very costly. I am just wondering if there is any advice on how to build clicks and traffic?
Keyword research, starting with the Google Adwords keyword tool. Backlink building may also help boost search engine rankings and generate some direct traffic. Social bookmarking. RSS feed submission.
I would agree with Website Examiner that the first thing you need to do before writing anything is keyword reaserch, if your not sure what keyword reaserch is there are many hubs that explain them very well.
After doing the keyword reaserch I would then go on to write a hub with your keyword in your title and in the main body of the article a few times.
Then last but in my opinion the most important part to getting traffic and rankings is backlinks, as this is how google will know what keywords you want to rank and builds authorty to that post.
Hope this helps
Social media always helps but it needs to be significant numbers.
Write more hubs and interlink them. Seems to be working for Wikipedia.

I had a very high priced click for me anyway yesterday and I was able to determine which hub it came from on Analytics, but is there a way to break it down more to find out what they clicked on or what keyword the ad was responding to?

I used to use the revenue to pay bills, but am now living back at home with my parents so my bills are much smaller. I plan on using my revenue to move to California where I can get a higher paying job and hopefully have more time to produce more hubs. It'll take a bit of money to do that so I've...
