Does this refer to under-hand means of getting email addresses of users and spamming them or in general? If I were to start giving users the option to signup to a mailing list I would be using a reputable service like Aweber who require double opt-in and adhere to can-spam policies.
Any clarifcation on this is much appreciated.

I was told that successfully competing in a HubNuggets meant that your hub was then promoted in the next HP News Letter. So when does that happen and how does one obtain a copy of HP News Letters?
