If I get a comment or question from someone about one of my hubs, how do I respond to that person?
At the bottom of the comments secction you'll see "Submit a Comment" and you can write your response in the comment box.
Is this what you're asking about?
hello WE , how are you?
My question is how to ask a question for a particular hub? Is it the ask a question box that appear beside each hub or anything else?

I believe that is correct, that the question will show if it was asked on a particular hub. Haven't tried this personally.

When reviewing a comment on a post, you find that it is disjointed, and lacks punctuation, do you approve it?
