I see the info about the April 2011 contest has been put online. It's great that we have a contest but I'm wondering the following things:
1. There's no theme?
2. The contest summary says minimum of 400 words but the legal rules say 300 words. What is the real minimum of words?

The rules for the 'you think you can write' contest state that the tag 'WritingContest' must be included. Does this mean included at or near the title - or does it mean it has to be placed where the normal tags are...
