many people put a list of links to their other hubs at the bottom of each hub. Others do no linking to their other hubs. Does it matter?

That is a very straightforward way for you to promote your own work, guide your readers, and perhaps earn a little HubKarma. However, the hubs you link to ought to be relevant.

Thx - I see many put all their hubs, totally unrelated to the hub at hand. I had assumed this would hurt SEO rather than help.

Could be. Today, HubPages moderators are getting pretty strict about links being relevant.

Anyone linking to hubs that are not relevant to the topic of the original content, should be flagged.

This includes people who wrongly use RSS Feeds. Does it hurt SEO? Of course it does, when the bots cannot find relevant links to and from the hub.

I don't really care about the hubpage moderators, more interested in what Google and yahoo think

Unpublished hubs won't be crawled by either.
