The hub I published the other day was gone. I did not receive any notification, no email why they remove it or whatever. Has this happened to anyone of you here?

May I suggest that you try to write at least 300 words? Most of your hubs are too short with less than 200 words.

Only my 2 poems have less than 200 words, all the others have a bit more than 200. But I will take note of your suggestion. I will be aware of the length next time. Thanks Izzy!

Hubpages didn't deleted any of my hubs. But sometimes they unpublish your hubs if the particular hub break hubpages TOS.

By checking your account page, you can see if the Hub is still active, or if it has been unpublished for TOS violations.

If it was moderated, check your junk or spam folder in case the email explaining what is wrong got filed there.

When it is showing need revision do the revision and submit it for republication.

You can find out why it was unpublished by going to the hub and reading the text in the black bar on the top.  Hope this helps.

Meet Mac its purely personal and hence was removed.

No its unpublished. It's here in the cache. I would say it comes under 'too personal'?

It's also got an annoying ad on it playing Jungle Bells.

hi Izzy, i checked that link you posted here. yea maybe it is too personal hub, but I don't know about that Christmas jingle on that page because I do not have Adsense yet.

No you didn't put it there - Hubpages did.

I'm sorry to see all of your hubs are now unpublished.

Go back, and make them longer, take off all the bold print and make sure you put your poetry hubs in the correct category which is 'poetry'.

      Google loves words.

Thanks brittanny, geetbhim and dumindu for your replies. You all have helped me find answers to my questions.

Yes i will redo them...But how about my poetry? I can not make them longer anymore. Don't they got any chance for publication? Thanks for your help IzzyM!

Just make sure you get them in the poetry category, and you will be fine.

Poems can get away with being short, don't worry, but they cannot be categorised under anything else.

I don't write poetry, so can't help you find where it is.

Mary... have a look at how I lay out my poetry..

All of my hubs average over 750 words... you will understand from the layout!

Good Luck  but also as has been mentioned here.. make sure you list your poems in the correct categories. smile
