I checked my statistics today and saw that every hub was listed as having violations.
Got up from desk to take a bathroom break.
I looked at each hub in edit mode and didn't see any warnings. I rescanned for violations and all the red little skulls went away. The last time I had scanned was a while back. Just a bug, then I suppose.
Anyone else get this? I searched the forum but probably not hard enough.
There was a bug in the HubPages programming, but as far as I know it was fixed.

On my hub `Top 20 Famous Redheads In History' I have the violation `Links to Malware or Phishing sites'. The hub was published 7 months ago and I haven't added any links since then.
