Looking to close old account!

    I had an old account and would like to close it. But i can't  because i forgot the password and the email account associated with the hubpage account is deleted. I have no way of accessing that old email account. Is there any possible way to still verify it was my old account and delete it? I'm not looking to get back into the account i just want it deleted so there's no further confusion.

      I wrote here for 3 years as Wife Who Saves. Then I ran into a rough patch with my daughter diagnosed with cancer, my health declined, my mother passed away, and hubby was put on layoff --- all within a few months.

      I contacted Hubpages staff about closing my account. I no longer had the desire to write. They responded the same  day and closed it immediately. Just explain that you no longer use the original email, but provide other identifying information.
