Another Planet in Our Solar System?

Updated on July 19, 2012

There is some interesting evidence supportingthe theory of Planet X, a tenth planet in our solar system. And if it is true, it could change our world/universal views on human existence.

Planet X, like other theories has been caught up in the strange and bizarre to the point that it is easily dismissed. An example of this is the Heaven's Gate Cult who believes in Planet X. The leader of this group was convinced Planet X was coming and had everyone commit suicide for some bizarre reason of reaching an UFO that was following Haley's comet. The authoritarian political and religious outlook of this group should be kept in perception of a charismatic leader and not be allowed to muddle the professional research that is being done on Planet X.

The evidence and research points to the possibility of our solar system as a binary (two) system; most solar systems are binary so this would not be abnormal. Scientists believe we have a second sun which is a dead or a failed sun and a tenth planet - planet x - orbiting within our system. This orbit is a wider elliptical path that is so wide it is believe it takes the planet 3,600 years to complete.

Ancient Writing

One of the oldest known civilizations we know is the Sumerian, a culture that left writings in stone tablets. Some of these tablets have been deciphered and they give an accurate description of the planets in our solar system which we are now able to confirm. They also tell us about a tenth planet in our solar system and that we are the seventh planet. So if you are traveling from outer space to earth and start with Pluto, Earth is the seventh planet; all of this from a culture that is 6,000 years old.

So, if there were travelers crossing our solar system where did they come from?

According to ancient writings they were known by the name Anunnaki and come from the planet Nibiru. Anunnaki translates to "those who from heaven to earth came" and Nibiru translate to "the planet of the crossing."

This translation was first reported by Zecharia Sitchin in his book series The Earth Chronicles. Sitchin spent his whole life studying ancient civilization and texts and was able to translate Sumerian, Egyptian and Hebrew. His first book The Twelfth Planet took 30 years of research.

Brooking Institute's Advice

"Anthropological files contain many examples of societies, sure of their place in the universe, which have disintegrated when they had to associate with previously unfamiliar societies espousing different ideas and different life ways; others that survived such an experience usually did so by paying the price of changes in values and attitudes and behavior.

Since intelligent life might be discovered at any time via the radio telescope research presently under way, and since the consequences of such a discovery are presently unpredictable because of our limited knowledge of behavior under even an approximation of such dramatic circumstances, two research areas can be recommended:

1. Continuing studies to determine emotional and intellectual understanding and attitudes – and successive alterations of them if any – regarding the possibility and consequences of discovering intelligent extraterrestrial life.

2. Historical and empirical studies of the behavior of peoples and their leaders when confronted with dramatic and unfamiliar events or social pressures …"

If we knew about Aliens and their civilization would our government tells us?

Not according to advice given to them in the 50's from the Brooking Institute. The Brooking Institute leans to the left in politics and believes further social studies would have to conduct before telling the public the truth. See the quote to the left:

Does anyone in NASA support the claim of a tenth planet?

Yes, back in the 80's Dr. Robert Harrington, who was a Supervising Astronomer at the US Naval Observatory determine that there was an unseen force pulling at the planets in a certain direction. In the 90's he and Sitchin got together and compared notes which turned out to be very similar.
