Why you should think you are the Strongest person?

Being strong doesn't mean only physically fit, it simply means being stronger in your thoughts mind set both physically and mentally.

The reason you should think you are strong enough because few things in your life will sometimes drain you of your energy, If you allow them. There will be situations arising or people who will strip you, your confidence, your thoughts you had, So that you will be left questioning yourself. You will finally end up with doubting on your own thoughts, mentality, emotions, confidence and integrity which is totally wrong. And you know, what you know now will not allow any of that to occur. Your mental strength will give you ability to rest, assure you that, you have what it takes to be part of this life.
Let us see and determine the signs of a weak person:

  • You always think you have huge problems to face.
  • You tend to compare with others.
  • You don't know your likes and desire.
  • Easily suggestible.
  • Always try to please others.
  • Don't try to choose happiness. Always do what others tell.
  • Can't make decisions without someone else validation.
  • Think someone else is better.
  • Don't trust your own judgement.

There’s a powerful connection between thoughts, feelings and behavior, and one will influence the others. We can work this to our great advantage – if we change one, the others will eventually follow.
Things to cross verify yourself and learn to be strong. The below points can help you out:

  • Always try to learn from your mistakes.
  • Balance self acceptance with self improvement.
  • Balance emotions with a logic.
  • Try to choose productive behaviour.
  • Feel confident in your ability to adapt the change.
  • Face the fears.
  • Focus on sharpening your skills.
  • Genuinely celebrate other people's success.
  • Start working on your weaknesses.
  • Open up and learn more from all that surrounds you.

Remember know your "Self worth" and this depends on who you are, not what you achieve. Always try to feel good whether you win or lose.
You were given confidence, strength, integrity, compassion and love to be who you are. Don't ever let them down.
