Middle school students today are living in a tech savvy world and teaching history only through lectures can seem boring. There are many resources available through the internet that allow students to interact with history online and provide great resources to teachers through lesson plans and power points. As a middle school American History teacher these are my top ten favorite sites.

Multi Media Learning Site that provides a variety of power points that are standards based. Note this site does cost money but it is a wealth of information and saves time planning so choose carefully.
