Everybody wants to be successful in life. We do whatever we feel to be successful and achieve our targets. And to be successful in our missions, we all keep on planning, working, and putting in efforts, but ultimate success chooses a few of us, leaving others. What are the logics that work in our lives?

We often think about so many people around us, some are very happy and successful, and others are still struggling. Have you ever felt that you were not good enough and someone in your circle had achieved so many things so quickly in life? I assure you that there are certainly few rules that ultimately decide your destiny.

The purpose of this article is to highlight a few of them so that we can start and complete our journey to success. Life is not always a smooth path; there are always different situations in everybody’s life. So many uncertainties can make your life unpredictable at every step. Family circumstances, friends, educational environment, social, economic, and emotional aspects that we face shape and reshape our life every moment. In other words, our climate makes our personalities. Although I also believe a view opposite to this, you are undoubtedly affected by your environment. However, you can still affect your environment by taking few steps, and when you change your surroundings, your destiny also changes.

What are the objective criteria behind being successful in life? Why success chooses someone and leaves others behind. As we know, there is always little difference between a successful person on the TOP and others who tried sincerely but could not hit the target. Why do some people succeed while others fail? There are certainly some differences between the two, or at least in their approach to life.

In this article, we will try to fix those slight differences that ultimately decide fate and lead you to success or failure. You may be pushing your luck in any stream of life. It can be some career-oriented struggle, something related to social or personal matters, some other issues in life. The Law of success remains the same. Few people reach the top, and others keep trying.

Counting those factors can be somewhere helpful in our struggle and our approach in life. Life and its challenges have different facets, and on the other hand, there are several ways to succeed.

There can't be any final list of such things. However, we can still fix a few things like hard work, positive attitude, education, friendly environment, passion for succeeding, the proper focus, and so many others. Here I want to say that you need to do what others fail to do. We see so many athletes or players all run to reach the target in a typical race, but only a few hit it, whereas others lag by few steps and miss the mark. In this scenario, what different things winners do. Everybody put effort, but winners put little more effort and achieve the goal. Here lies the point that is important in any struggle.

Your SUCCESS & Happiness lie in YOU

Choosing right targets in life

While deciding your target, you must be aware of your likings, tastes and efficiencies. Everyone is not made for the same thing in life. If your friend is good at mathematics, you also need to be the same talented in mathematics. You may be having different efficiencies, and you must identify them. Nature has gifted everybody with unique calibres. Our success certainly depends upon our right choice of goals in life.

You get what you focus on

Keep working what you think right

So many books on the Law of Attraction are centred on one idea: you must stay positive for your choices in life. When you fix some goal in your life, no one except you can stop you from achieving that goal. Being consistent in your thinking and putting in regular efforts always take you to your goal. You may face so many uncertainties at every step, but you must be ready to cope with the fear of failure. The world is full of success stories, and next will be yours only, so keep working on what you think right.

Only YOU are responsible

Once you decide your goal and start working, all other logics are meaningless. People may object to you, reject you, laugh at you; nothing will matter if you are focused on your target. We all want recognition from others in normal life and want to praise or approve your steps, but success has totally different rules. And that rule is self-appreciation and consistent feeling that you are going on the right path. Just learn to acknowledge that you don’t need others approvals for your deeds. All answers for all problems lies with you only, nobody else.

Try to control and balance distractions

When you are focused on your goal, so many distractions try to change your efforts. So many things attract you to deviate to different directions, so many people will try to suggest other less important but attractive things. Try to eliminate or at least minimize negative people in your life. Surrounding yourself with positive and successful people will support you to be successful as well. It is well said that you are an average of five people surrounding you. It would help if you focused, positive and ambitious people around you.

Today we are living in the age of technology. We all have smartphones in our hands. So much information is all time showered upon you, which you may not need. Such things may distract you from your real goal in life. So you must limit yourself from checking and responding to emails, texts and other social media.

Keep trying to remove imperfections

No one is perfect in life. We can believe that we are right, but there is still scope to mend few things. Learning new things, new ideas can make things in life easier. Somewhere Mahatma Gandhi said, ‘Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever. Similarly, Einstein said, ‘Intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death. So we must always be ready to learn new ideas in life. Reading books can be a supporting way to reach your goal in life.

Intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death
Intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death

Keep trying till you succeed

Making efforts is important to achieve success, but more important is making continuous efforts, despite failures and disappointments. Persistence in actions certainly opens the doors of new horizons, and you reach your destination. You are certainly having something extra that others don’t possess. With that something extra, you have to do what others fail to do. So keep on trying till the last win.
