5 Naturally Hypnotic Things People Do

Fast Easy Hypnotic Conversation

USE HOT WORDS

These are words that have emotional significance to all people so we are naturally used to people using them. You can influence People’s emotions by using certain words in certain ways.Soft hot words like infant instead of baby, or perished instead of Died.

USE EYE CUES

Eye movements are an involuntary representation of how people are thinking. The direction in which a person's eyes move can indicate which part of the brain they are using. Using this technique you can judge if a person is thinking deeply, imagining something or remembering information.

USE DIFFERENT TONES WHEN SPEAKING

There are three tones of speech and each one has it's own meanings and implications. You should learn how use these tones of voice in order for your technique to work.

  • Upward Inflection This is used at the end of a statement to denote a question.
  • Level Inflection This is the tone that is used through out the statement. The normal speaking.
  • Downward Inflection This is the inflection used at the end of the statement to denote a command.

MIMIC THEIR BREATHING

The person will automatically pick up on this and feel a rapport building between you both. By mimicking their breathing pattern you can also gather information on how the person is feeling. Anxious, nervous, excited, or afraid.

USE HAND GESTURES AND OPEN BODY LANGUAGE

Hand gestures are the way people place emphasis on what they are saying. Hand gestures often say more than what the person's words are actually saying. By mimicking an excited or enthusiastic person's hand gestures you will build strong positive connections with them. By having an open posture with your body not turned away or closed off by folded arms or a downturned head. Have your hands visible to the other person. Having open posture lets the person know you are confident and not a threat.

KEEP GOOD EYE CONTACT

By looking into the person’s eyes you give them a sense that you are Interested in what they are saying. Nodding and agreeing while maintaining good eye contact can get the person to trust you.

Once you have this person convinced they can trust you and that they should listen to what you suggest.

CONFUSION TECHNIQUE

This is used when trying to get a person confused by using speech as a way to make the person have to think but also act at the same time. This overloads the brain's system of tracking information that it is taking in. You end up going into your head and out again and in that very instant you are vulnerable to suggestion.

"There's what you know, there's what you know you know, But don't

know you know, when the things you don't know you know...

SLEEP!"

Use hypnotic speech or monotone voice inflection while

keeping your eyes locked on their eyes and casting your gaze

downward when you are speaking.

"YOU know how it is when you GET STUCK working on you problem.

YOU have a problem can WEIGH HEAVIER AND HEAVIER on you. The

problem can even make YOU FEEL SLEEPY. TIRED, EXHAUSTED, HEAVY,

AND SLEEP. JUST LET YOURSELF SLEEP. RELAX AND BREATH NICE AND SLOW.

IN AND OUT. FEEL RELAXED AND SAFE. RELAXED AND ASLEEP."

These small scripts may help you and lead you into different avenues of hypnosis. Thank you for reading. Enjoy your new talent.
