Four Secrets How Quiet life
For this time I want to write simple hub. Sometimes somethings simple is easier to understand than long explanation. May I brought life into simple writing. Why we are sad? Why we always complain with our life? Why we were born in the world, if we life never happy? Imagine if you aren't born as a human. We never know the beautiful world. We never know the delicious food, we never know how being loved, we never know how is the real sex, and many things I can't mention one by one about our life.
Bitter experiences in life such as losing job, divorce, breakup or the death by the family member can be a source of stress. Normally we feel sad. Do we sad all the time? I don't think so. Try to think all the people around us who still supporting us every day. They still love us. I'll share to all of you a little secret how to quiet life. I hope it useful for me and all of you.
Evaluation of Daily Life
Before you sleep. Think back what we had done in all day and all the experience we passed in all day. This helps you identify the causes of stress. Identify existing problems, helping your preparedness when faced similar problems in the future. As a human, we can't avoid the problems in our life. Although it is a small problem. and sometimes very annoying when this problem doesn't resolved. But don't worry all the problems will be solved when we doing the right way.
Find the good things
Doing your hobby or activities you liked, such as sports, playing with pets, cooking, gardening, singing, reading, listening music, playing music instrument, writing, watching movie, recreation and anything that distracts from stressful situations. Try to enjoy the relaxing and enjoyable time every day.I think we can get the new spirit and the soul by doing all the activity. don't spend your time by daydreaming and contemplate the fate. You can free laugh and shout to find the freedom and there is no one can replace your happiness. That's your life.
Life for this day
Stop complaining about everything that will happen in the future. And, consider what the effect on life. You better focus more energy to reach the best thing in the present that will affect your future later. You may dreaming about the future. but try to pass the first day with beautiful, full of energy and affection. I guarantee you will feel the wholeness of life, although only one day.
I never stop to remind about grateful. This is a simple word but contain deep meaning. This is not only for religious person. Give pause for a moment, grateful for everything you have, make life more calmly. Write down all the things that you should be grateful, such as having a happy family, having complete body, good job and living healthy. If less grateful, you will always be surrounded by negative things around you. Positive attitude also showed if you are also thankful for this life. let's find out together by showing our grateful everyday.
