Nice hub! People really need to follow the tips, you suggested, to be happy. People like to blame others for their own misfortune and unhappiness. One can easily self analyse and I am sure the road to happiness will open instantly.

Wonderful hub Bhanu! Happiness is a state of mind and should not be linked to fulfillment of worldly desires! One should seek happiness in small things, spent time with people who are lively and cheerful, charity and helping out, listening to music etc etc.

Accept Life as it is. Don't put preconditions for your own happiness. We often do this mistake and start asking, if this thing happens, I will be happy and we keep on adding new things on our list. Life has abundance to keep you happy every moment. It is a way of life. Happiness is not the end result of any desire. You can be happy here and now if you know how to be. Happiness is an art. Really wonderful topic you wrote with deep insight. Keep adding new ideas. I love to read you. Jaspal
