How To Be A Great Woman
Woman is part in this life. For me and for you. We can't separated from the women. We can see it in daily life. As a mother, housewife, career woman, artist, celebrity. All those woman give a color in life. Anyone who don't wanna be a great woman. Perform better than before. There are many ways how to be a great woman. To achieve all that, we can do simple things. Although I am a man but I also give a big appreciation to woman. They give big influence in my life. Here's some tips.
Do It Better
Do it by your heart. Some things maybe looks simple, but actually it difficult to do. Sometimes we do it without conscious. If we do all the simple things, we'll feel better.
Sometimes we feel uncomfortable to receive a praise. Do we really great? We have to train ourselves to receive good things form others in many shape. When others praise us, we say thank you and looking at the person. It shown that we appreciate that person and we deserve to receive that praise.
Simple formula how to speak in public well is practice makes perfect. Keep on practice, until it becomes natural. Try join the public speaking short course. It useful and we can use it in presentation, seminar, or just ask questions in public discussion.
There are several things we can do in saving times, like:
- Create a schedule for the day's activities.
- Set deadlines for all the work, and do it first for the most urgent.
- Don't delay the work and say "no" to requests which unimportant.
- Provide back-up time, for unexpected event.
Actually saving money is easy, as long as we follow the basic rules. Like:
- Savings grouped into three. Savings, fixed expenses and personal expenses. such as clothes and shoes shopping or entertainment. So we will know how much spent and how much it saved. And we will know our routine expenditures.
- Salary aside for saving. new remainder is planned for other expenses.
- Make money become more useful. not only saved in the bank. A good investment such as buying gold, stocks, or houses.
Get a Dream Job
If you want to change careers, do the basics role such as :
- Determine how far away of our careers and what skills we have now.
- See job advertisements regularly and mark the position we want to enter. choose the diverse type of work.
- Connect the network while searching for information about the work we are interested. Maybe one of them interested in our ability.
- Decide whether we need additional expertise. such as computer programming or a foreign language.
- Ask the opinion of experience people or career consultants.
Although we all in diet, but we need to consume foods that contain carbohydrates, iron and sugar, to stay energized. We can get all that substance from banana, avocado. And high protein foods but low in fat. Such as: fish, dried fruit, high calcium milk and calcium cereal .
Train yourself to always open to couples. To maintain the harmonious of relationship. Express our feelings, whether it is angry, disappointed, affection or love. Also reveal what we like and appreciate about him. ask him to do the same thing. We must be able to focus on both collective.
What You Can Do
Clean the house or room. A clean house can reflect our personalities. we can appreciate the sense of responsibility.
Taking care pets. Choose animals that are not troublesome. like a fish in the aquarium. By taking care pets will train our affection and our lives will more colorful.
learning machines around us. We life in modern era. We have to aware that technologies is important. Try to learn the basic of car machine, like how this car can be run well and what will happen in that car. We can learn small thing or generally from many things around us. Not just only for car machine but computer machine also.
Life a Healthy Life
We have to keep our health. This is an investment for the future. Moreover we live in the era of air pollution, foods with preservatives, and sometimes we are become a follower of unhealthy life. So we have to......
- Rest about Ten minutes. Believe me, when we take a rest for a while the result will better. We can thoughtful in quiet of a place to restore our energy and thoughts. Take the deep breath, and bring our mind in a pleasant place. Only ten minutes is enough.
- Breasts examined regularly. look at your breasts in front of the mirror. Whether there is change in size, shape, holes appeared on the skin, or changes in the nipple area. if you feel something unusual in your breast, see your doctor soon.
- Keeps track your menstrual period every month and record the abnormal symptoms experienced. some reproductive diseases can be traced with the help of the menstrual cycle record.
- Stop smoking. Decision to quit smoking should be on the agenda. make a commitment. Make a journal, to note how far we are doing that.
Be Good to Yourself
Now is the right time for us to improve ourselves. In the same times, we have to aware that we are as a qualified individuals and open to receive any change to make life better than before. Try to appreciate yourself.
We can try those tips above not only for woman but some of them is suitable for man also. I hope we can get a better life and to be a better person.
