In today's world it is not easy for most people to just find that place that you can sit back from all the turmoil that is going on and happening in ones life. Some have even given up or forgot how they use to enjoy that especial time and place.
Oh sure, we all have bad days when nothing turns out right so what do you do? Laying there on the couch feeling sorry for yourself---sure as hell didn't make that go away---tried that a few times too.
I believe that the best therapy is all around each an everyone of us. Maybe we have just forgotten how to---STOP! and see what is maybe right outside your window or doing something simple that you haven't done for a long time. Okay, so say your out of work and can't afford to do some of those things.
Well here are a few things that I have done and they didn't cost me a cent and it made my day much brighter.
Okay, when was the last time you just went fishing? It doesn't matter if it was in the ocean or a stream or lake and guess what?---it doesn't matter if you caught a fish. The bait probably fell off the hook anyway. The chill-in out is what is important and healthy for the body and mind.
Sometimes the fishing line doesn't even need to get wet, for there before you the beauty is all the chill-un we need.
You have the best of all worlds when you are just sitting there with your best friend. Mine happen to have four-feet. They never complain and feel sorry for them selfs. They are always there to greet you with love and loyalty---just sitting there chill-un and not a word spoken!
At the end of the day of Chill-un there is only one thing left to do!
FOR TOMORROW YOU WILL FIND " WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES" when you let yourself just relax to all those wonderful things that you simply have in front of you.
