Ocean Views Are So Peaceful
When I look out onto the ocean and hear the sound of the waves hitting against the shore and the other surrounding sounds of nature, it gives me such a sense of peace and relaxation.
When I'm stressed, I like going out by the ocean because it has such a therapeutic effect for the mind and relieves body tension. It must be something about water that gives us a sense of peace and Tranquility.
The Powers of Water Are Immeasurable
It has been said by many people that they get a sense of calmness when their near the ocean. Ever went for a walk along the ocean shores when you where under Stress? Notice as you walk along your stress level started to diminish, your thoughts became clear, you became calm, relax and able to figure out a solution before you left. The ocean can cleanse the mind and help you make better decisions. I like to describe the ocean as natural therapy for the mind.
The sound of the ocean also helps you to sleep better. I can remember many times when I came back from the ocean; I felt so relax and wanted to go to sleep. You notice how well you sleep when it's raining? The sounds has a therapeutic effect on mind and body that keeps you in a relax state.
We can gain a greater feeling of balance and harmony when we connect with nature. By doing so can provide relief from the stresses and anxieties of life.
