1. Do people in China celebrate birthdays?
-Definitely, most people just celebrate with a meal at a restaurant with family or friends
-Yes, but only on every 10th birthday because Chinese people consider them important or significant birthdays
2. Do you think it’s important to remember people’s birthdays?
-Absolutely, it is a very nice gesture to say“happy birthday” to someone on their birthday
-It’s a fantastic way to strengthen you bond with your friends.
3. Do you like birthdays?
-Sure, who doesn't? Any excuse to party is a good one
-Only if it’s mine, I prefer receiving presents but find it very annoying to go gift shopping for my friends because I always worry about whether they would like it or not.
4. Do you prefer birthday parties with your friends or with your family?
-My birthday is the anniversary of the day my mother gave birth to me, so obviously it’s a day I should spend with family.
-Definitely my friends, with my friends I could let loose and really have a good time.
-My family is more important to me so I think it’s more meaningful to spend my birthday with my family members.
