Why do we get Negative Thoughts and how to tackle it?

The majority of time the mind keep on thinking many things. Have you ever observed the kind of thoughts you think or what are your thoughts? If you find that, we chiefly think negative thoughts. You will always have many opportunities to change them. Understand the fact that thoughts affects your emotions, ultimately the emotions affects your behaviour. Take a look at the examples below:

  • I am not good looking.
  • I am not rich.
  • I fail at everything I try.
  • I always struggle.
  • I'm not smart enough.
  • I don't get any good results.
  • I am a loser.

And so on....

The Negative thoughts arise when you start comparing. The only time you start comparing, you think you have less or you don't know or you can't understand your Self worth.

These thoughts can effective drastically, especially your emotions. yes I know that it's quite common for a while but dwell or live among them can really affect you badly. Mostly a subconscious mind tend to focus on negative thoughts. If you are thinking more negative thoughts then likely u r also dealing with negative emotions like sadness, grief, envy, depression, apathy, doubt, jealousy, fear, anxiety and more. Sometimes we even feel tired and hopeless. All of these ultimately stemmed from our thought life. Just understand the power of thinking.

Examine yourself and start to crave your self worth. Examples of knowing your Self worth:

  • Worthy of living.
  • Self confident.
  • Always seeking self improvement.
  • Accepting ourselves how we are.
  • Self-directed.
  • Loving and lovable.

And so on......

Knowing your own self-worth is very important. What I suggest, take some time sit in solitude and think what is your self worth.

According to me, I really suggest that once the negative thoughts enter in your mind don't wait, respond quickly. Immediately talk to someone who is close to you or who can understand you or if you think you can understand, give your positive thoughts to yourself. If you think you are strong enough then sit alone, without any distraction and work on it. It is very important to solve it immediately, as it can be dangerous later.

Every single day take some time to gauge your thought life. Write down your thoughts in a paper from that strike all the negative thoughts and repeat the positive thoughts you got. Everyday right down and create your positive affirmation list and recite that list daily like "I am worthy to have what I desire" and etc.

Remember, You worth it.
