Should Government Fear The People Or Should The People Fear Government? Does A Government Need To Use Fear To Govern?

Should a nation's population live in fear of its government? Is there substantial evidence available that would cause people to fear their government and it's employees? What kind of country governs by using fear, duress, and coercion to manipulate it's people?

Should a government live in fear of it's population? Is there a reasonable suspicion that the people would present a threat to their government? Why does fear even exist in a civilized nation? Shouldn't a government and it's citizens cohabitate in peace without a suspicion of harm coming from either side? Who has the superior authority, the people or the government?


In his Gettysburg Address, Abraham Lincoln made the following statement:


" This nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

The consent of the governed!


That is correct, the government of the United States is established by the people, we allow our government to hold authority because we consent to this governance. The government is established for the benefit of the people, the people do not exist for the benefit of the government. We are the government and the government is us, at least that is the way it has been designed by the Constitution of the United States.

Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves, the people! The United States is a beacon of personal freedom, the highest authority in the country is that of the individual. With absolute guarantees of personal liberty, the United States is the greatest protector of personal freedom, or at least that is how the country was established.

Yet we now live in a moment of history that a great number of American citizens actually fear their government. Why, because the government of the United States has been infiltrated by domestic enemies, that are attempting to destroy the great nation of the United States of America. The government no longer represents the wishes of the people, in fact the government of the United States has become a tyrannical entity planning on engaging in violent confrontations with its population.

Not prohibited? Does government really need to be forbidden from passing heinous legislation?


Chief Justice Marshall stated in his decision concerning the McCulloch v. Maryland case:


"let the ends be legitimate, let it be within the scope of the constitution, and all means which are appropriate, which are plainly adopted to that end, which are not prohibited, but consist with the letter and spirit of the constitution, are constitutional."


Through this line of reasoning, government can pass any law it desires as long as the Constitution does not expressly prohibit the action! The problem with this is that the Constitution describes the responsibilities of the government, it does not list every single thing that the government would be prohibited from doing. The list of prohibitions would be enormous!

Constitution, what Constitution?


During the recent healthcare debate in the United States, a question was asked of James E.Clyburn (D - SC), concerning the Constitutionality of the health care laws. His response was that most of what is done in Congress is not authorized to government by the American Constitution. He actually had the audacity to state that the Constitution did not prohibit Congress from regulating the health-care industry, so they took it upon themselves to assume this authority.

So, if the Constitution does not expressly prohibit an action of Congress, the legislative body can engage in any activities it desires? The Constitution does not expressly prohibit Congress from taking over and controlling every industry in the country, does that mean it is just dandy for Congress to take these actions? What if Congress comes to the decision that the Constitution can be completely ignored? Does this mean Congress would have the authority to pass any laws it fancies? What would the future of the nation have in store for the people under these circumstances?

Are you serious Ms Pelosi, you do not believe you need to answer to the peoples request of under what Constitutional authority are you passing a certain law. These statements show how the supposed representatives of the people are going to engage in any activities they want. It also shows the contempt these individuals have for the American people and their laws. The Constitution of the United States is the highest law of the land. Not to mention that these people have sworn an oath to defend the document from all domestic enemies, this would include themselves.

What is the point in requiring an Oath of Office if the ones taking the oath end up disregarding it completely? Is it not an impeachable offense to break a sworn oath?

This is where the element of fear is introduced! Should the people fear their government, and the potential actions that could be taken by the government? When it is blatantly obvious that the representatives of the people openly admit to ignoring the Constitution, combined with a media that disregards open statements by these representatives of their complete apathy of the document. What should the people believe. Anything is possible when domestic enemies of the United States infiltrate the government, with the sole purpose of destroying the very fabric of the American dream!

What recourse will there be when government achieves their agenda of creating the ability to rule the nation with no oversight from the judiciary or the people. When there is no option to have their grievances redressed, what are the people to do?

At this point we have come to the people living in fear of their government. Since September of 2001, the government of the United States has been preparing for a violent confrontation with its population. This agenda has increased dramatically over the past couple of years.

The United States of America is not a democracy. Under democracy rule fifty one percent of the population can vote to kill the other forty nine percent. It is mob rules! The actual form of government in the United States is a Republic, composed of fifty different sovereign states that have consented to be part of the Republic. Our government is run by representatives that are voted for in a Democratic election. the majority decides who will be representing them in the Federal government. These representatives are supposed to be acting for the will of the people. What happens when they do not operate in the best interests of the people?

Under an Oligarchy, the actual power is not in the will of the people, the power resides in a very small group of people. When the representatives of the people act in a way that would benefit themselves over the benefits of the people. You are living in an Oligarchical regime!

The men that were responsible for erecting the government specifically created a Republic, this is quickly changing. The current form of government in the United States is an Oligarchy, the real power in this nation resides in a small group of people!

What is the greatest imminent threat to the people of the United States? Should we fear nuclear attacks from other nations? Does the massive influx of illegal immigrants pose the threat? Perhaps it is a small number of terrorists? No, the biggest threat to the American people is themselves. Their ignorance of actual history combined with the lack of desire to become informed is the actual threat to the people. While living lackadaisical lives in front of their televisions, the government is increasing its own authority exponentially!

The reason for this apathetic attitude in the population of America is due to the government controlled schools of indoctrination. Through generation after generation, the school system in the United States has a curriculum that dumbs down the population, creating mindless sheep with no capacity for original thought. Parents, teachers, community leaders, all have been denigrated to little more than repeaters. They are not capable of anything other than repeating things they have heard. It is a mind control technique to persist in promoting lies until they are accepted as fact!

This agenda of non-education creates the perfect storm for the worlds elite to centralize all power on the Earth within a small number of individuals. With the rest of humanity forced in to complete slavery, having no option but to follow the commands of the elite!

The United States was created with one particular goal in mind, "All Men Are Created Equal", there is no individual or group in the nation that has a superior role in the country. The individual is the highest authority in America. It is the collection of the individuals consent to be governed that gives the government its authority. That is correct, all government power is derived by the consent of the governed!

By disregarding the wishes of the people, the government is expanding itself to the point that all authority will eventually reside in the centralized government rather than residing within the fifty sovereign states that have consented to become part of the union.

It now seems that once elected to govern in Washington D.C., the individuals that make up our government believe that their position installs them as being outside the rule of law. This is false! As all men are created equal, not even senators, congressmen, or presidents live outside the law of the land. Yes, the justice department is negligent in their duties to dispense justice equally.

This does not make it true, it just means that the United States Justice Department does not defend the Constitution from domestic enemies, namely, those domestic enemies that hold public office! These domestic enemies are not held up to the laws of the land, they feel themselves immune from even answering to the people they are elected to represent! If the people continue to question their representatives, these representatives will not hesitate to use force to get the people to desist.

Article V of the United States Constitution allows for changes to the document. The founding fathers realized that as time progressed the needs of the people would also require alteration to the rules. This is the reason that the following Article was included in the document:

The Origins of Article Five

Delegates to the Constitutional Convention believed that an article providing for amendments to the Constitution was desirable for two reasons. First, the men assembled in Philadelphia were under no illusions that the constitutional scheme they were struggling to establish was perfect for present circumstances, much less perfect for the future generations of Americans that they hoped would live under it. Second, they believed that a flexible constitution would provide the protection needed by a young and somewhat fragile government against revolutionary upheavals.

But, why would our representatives feel the need to follow proper protocols when they can just legislate their way around the Constitution? At the time of its creation the states that formed the union existed as separate sovereign entities, by endorsing the Constitution, they entered their sovereign states in to a legal and binding contract. Any alterations of this contract would have to be agreed upon by all parties that took part in the contract. If one side determines to change the contract without consent of all binding parties, the contract in void.

This was designed specifically to separate the authority of the federal government from that of the people. The states were to act as an intermediate between the people and the central government.

Why doesn't our representatives follow legal procedures to enact future legislation? Because their attitudes are that they hold a superior authoritative position over that of the people. Once again we come upon the belief that government and its employees operate outside the rule of law!

States' Rights vs. the Supreme Court

It was a wise decision to design a government that operates on multiple levels. The closer the representatives are to the people, the more likely it is that the representative will act for the will of the people. When local decisions are made thousands of miles away, the issues for the small community are not taken in to consideration. Every municipality will not have the same problems, and the fixes for problems will be different for each state.

The federal government was not designed to interfere with the individual personal lives of its citizens. The Constitution gives strict rules for the Federal government, mainly it is told that it cannot interfere with its citizens and their lives. This authority is left to the individual and sovereign states. Through what can only be called blackmail techniques, the Federal government forces the states to submit to Federal orders by threatening to withhold funding for highways, schools, etc....

This funding comes from the revenue raised through thetaxation of individuals and business' within the states. So the Federal government threatens to withhold revenue from the states that has been collected from the states. It is already their money. In fact the Federal government has no funds of its own, all monies received and spent by the government is raised off the sweat, time, and energy of the population. Many citizens live in fear of the strong-arm branch of the Federal government known as the Internal Revenue Service. If it was not for the fear of this agency, no one would pay their voluntary income taxes.

The Federal government actually only holds jurisdiction over a ten square mile parcel of land known as Washington D.C.and other properties that fall outside the states borders, every other intrusion in to the normal operations of the states is a violation of the power and authority of the Federal government. Commerce that crosses state lines is also under the jurisdiction of the Federal government, this part of the Constitution is the most abused portion of the Constitution. By bringing all aspects of the individuals life under the category of interstate commerce, the Federal government has managed to place itself in to every aspect of the lives of its citizens.

This is a misunderstanding of the intent of the Constitution. The Constitution of the United States was not written to guarantee rights to the citizen. It specifically forbids the government from infringing on rights that is inherent in human beings at the time of their birth. The document was meant to restrain the government, not allocating rights, defining them!

Unfortunately for the people of the U.S.A., the Federal government and its employees are disregarding every aspect of the Constitution. The population is in fear that one day, everything they believe about their country will be proven wrong. Does it equate to a civilized society that the population of a nation needs to live in fear of its government intruding upon their personal lives, Their property, their privacy, everything is in danger, danger emanating from a government that refuses to restrain itself and is operating as if the rule of law is not applicable to it.

What happens when the people can tolerate no more illegal operation of its government? When the people cannot have their grievance redressed, when petitioning the government comes to no avail, what are the people to do? Should the government have fear of the repercussions of their actions? Is there a chance that the boiling point will be reached? Will this erupt in to violence? Is the government of the United States prepared to do harm to its citizens?

Are they preparing for it?

This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it.

If the onslaught of Federal intrusion is not forced to desist, if the government cannot even provide a stable currency and economy, there will be a disruption in society. People are going to be marching in the streets, if you have seen any video on how law enforcement treats protesters, you will realize that the situation could get messy.

If we do not resurrect the mighty Republic that once stood in the United States of America, the Republic will fall, just like the others that have fallen throughout the history of mankind. There was a time in history when no one believed that the great nation of Rome could ever fall. But fall it did. By studying the history of the Roman empire, we can see exactly what caused the fall of this once mighty Empire!

When the U.S.A. was formed, it was based on the value of the liberty of the individual, the opportunity available through personal responsibility, and a government that would not impede the lives of its citizens.

Currently the U.S. is headed down the road to a fascist form of government based on the corporations buying the Federal government. Once the acquisition of the United States is complete, their will be a one world government imposed on all of humanity. Slavery for all will result, if we do not act now, it may be too late!

It is not just freedom within the United States that is at risk, it is the freedom of all humanity. If this comes to pass, all is lost, the United States is the last frontier of freedom, if it falls, so goes everything!


The national will is the supreme law of the Republic, and on all subjects within the limits of his constitutional powers should be faithfully obeyed by the public servant.
