The Deep Subconscious Mind

Updated on March 7, 2014
Source

The subconscious mind is a part of you that knows more about yourself than you do. Why is this? You may ask, it is because in this world we are walking in a lower state of consciousness. Their are deep secrets within the subconscious mind to be revealed. To reveal these hidden secrets and bring them out, techniques can be used, one technique that can be used is spiritual dowsing, or you can go into the Alfa state of consciousness. You can go into Alfa state of consciousness through breathing techniques, meditation, hypnosis, day dreaming, or bio feed back. A person can be born having the natural ability of going into altered states of consciousness such as the Alfa state. An example of this is myself. At three years old I could go into the Alfa state of consciousness so easy as if I was delving into an ocean with no problem. On one occasion I had an experience I never forgot, where as I saw what use to be me in a damp cave with some other Indians. I put my ear against the muddy walls of the cave hearing what was going on,on the outside. I heard killing, screaming, and horses running about. Men on horses came into the cave and slaughtered the others, and I saw myself get killed by what look like a sword. On leaving this dream I heard a voice tell me not to forget. I do not no if it was my own voice whispering that within my subconsciousness mind, or some one else telling me this. That dream followed me to this day. As a child I would sit out in the back yard playing , and would be visited by Indian spirits, one would specifically be an Indian man that would appear to me waving and smiling than disappearing. I had told my father what I saw. My father whom is a Jehovah's Witness do not believe in such things, but for some reason he believed me. Now that I am an adult it is hard for me to go into altered state of consciousness, it takes a while or even days. Sometimes it just happens with out even thinking about it. Reason being, I think is because when you are fully adapted to your responsibilities, committed to the world, you become far off from yourself, leaving your since of self. I have learned that you can tend to your responsibilities and be intuned to yourself at the same time.

The subconscious mind hold all the truths about you, all your secrets, dirty secrets, past life experiences, all your ancestors, etc. It can be used as a tool to learn more about yourself, and is a doorway to your higher self. There are a lot of people that do not know much about themselves, they only know themselves by labels or titles, BET,MTV, Fox News, reaility tv, or personalities they adapt, and they relate themselves to that of the material. They only know the material aspects of themselves, but do not know the true self. You are far more the your job, your career, your expensive car, your house, etc. There are people, after the down fall of the economy that committed suicide after loosing their jobs, and some that lost their homes, because that is what they identified themselves with. A person should really ask themselves do they love themselves and why. If you tell yourself you love yourself because you have an expensive car, or a good job, etc, than you do not have a strong connection to self. If you say I love myself because I am me, I am somebody with out these things, than you truly love yourself for who you are on the inside. When you let go of material things and just surrender, than these very things that you were wanting will just come. When you cling on to material things you are telling your subconscious mind that the very thing that you are wanting is hard to get, and this shows resistance. Let go, go with the flow, and the rest will follow. Take a dip within the subconscious ocean and get to know thy self.
