True Riches Can Only Be Found In You-How?

Updated on February 14, 2013

I first learned of this idea while reading an investment book several months ago. I entered the bookstore with the idea that I'd only browse, but I should have known better. I soon exited with a handful of books, one of which posed an insightful question about reaching a financial goal. It seemed like a simple enough idea at first, but then I thought about it from the perspective of reaching one of my personal goals. It was really amazing. Asking myself the question posed in the book changed the picture of my goal completely. But I'm making an assumption I can't afford to make. The question asked in that book meant a great deal to me because I had a clear objective in mind. I knew exactly what I wanted. However, if you don't know what you want, which is actually very common, all the tips in the world to achieve your goal will do little good for you.

If you're looking for a quick, easy, and complete system to uncovering your true goals, dreams, and purpose in life, know;

· Very clearly and convincingly where you want to go and

· Determine how you want to get there

· Study the Law and Principles of Success

Above all, look within yourself. Your true genius is inside you. Your success is inside you. Look within to bring it out.

How do you look inside you for answers to your life questions?

In the bible we read that in the beginning, there was nothing, and then the creator spoke and from his word came all things to be. That’s the Christians belief. Other forms of religion also have their own version of creation but all seems to agree on certain things. That all that came to be came from within a higher being. That means, before you came to be, you have been nicely designed and then manufactured with all the necessary parts and function that will enable you to serve your purpose.

So the idea is to focus on your inner self. I don’t mean being egoistic and boastful. I mean deeply searching your soul for answers. Some find it in wilderness. Some in the eyes of their lovers. Some find it in church. Some in their quit rooms. Some in ghettos and some in luxury mansions.

It is what I call “Moment of truth”. When that time comes, nothing will ever be the same. Isn’t that the reason some people in history live their greater riches to serve others. Isn’t that a reason why mother Theresa lived simple live serving the poor and needy? Isn’t that a reason, a once ghetto kid, Professor Ben Carson devoted all his life saving and motivating children of this world?

Order The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Dr. John C. Maxwell here

Understanding of self is the beginning of wisdom

People that went to greater heights have aggressive insights for themselves. They constantly ask themselves who they are and what their purpose is on earth…They are always curious to learn and better their world. How they do it?

They discover their passions, determined their strengths and weaknesses and work to build their strengths. Whenever you're thinking about yourself always think about the future because the past is already gone and maybe things are happening now as a result of the past. That's why it’s important to always think about the future now so you won't regret anything. As far as what you want in life-- only you will personally be able to answer that question. Dr. John C. Maxwell said in his book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, “Start with end in mind”

You just have to look deep down inside you and try to find out what you enjoy doing and what would make you happy. Then block every negative thought and find out ways that you can achieve it. However you must always think about what will make you happy.

Distorted perception of self awareness

Many of us seek the answers to life’s questions by looking outside of ourselves and trying to glean advice from the people around us. But as each of us is unique, with our own personal histories, our own sense of right and wrong, and our own way of experiencing the world that defines our realities, looking to others for our answers is only partially helpful. The answers to our personal questions can be most often found by looking within. When you realize that you always have access to the part of you that always knows what you need and is meant to act as your inner compass, you can stop searching outside of yourself. If you can learn to hear, trust, and embrace the wisdom that lives within you, you will be able to confidently navigate your life.

You may have grown up in a society where everyone looks outside for answers to their life questions. This is not a problem at all unless you think it is. You can start today by looking within you than outside. Trust your intuition. If you keep listening attentively, you will certainly hear small voices in your you. Be patient. Be willing to hear the voice. That is the only way to find true meaning of your life and existence. Not your doctor or pastor has the answer for you. The wondrous infinite intelligence of your subconscious mind has a way or you only if you have a will. That is why they say “If there’s a will, there’s a way”.

Summary

Look inside you. No one on earth has answers to your life. There are lessons to be learnt from others but the final decision of your life rests from within you. You be the judge and jury of your life. The captain of your ship that is your precious life. Wouldn’t it be better if you live your own life than living others miserable live imposed onto you because you allowed them to? You decide.
