Everybody needs their share of sleep. When we lie in bed to take a nap we take a position that is comfortable. The position we take while we sleep has an association with our personality. An individual can get good sleep only if he/she is comfortable in their position while sleeping. Every person may take different positions while sleeping, however every person possesses a main position while sleeping. Our sleep position helps us relax and rejuvenate.
