Everybody needs their share of sleep. When we lie in bed to take a nap we take a position that is comfortable. The position we take while we sleep has an association with our personality. An individual can get good sleep only if he/she is comfortable in their position while sleeping. Every person may take different positions while sleeping, however every person possesses a main position while sleeping. Our sleep position helps us relax and rejuvenate. Some of us may have the tendency to roll over in bed before we fall asleep. We roll about in bed until we find the perfect sleeping position.

When we find the most comfortable position; more times than not we sleep like babies. The surface we sleep on may determine the sleep position we take. For instance most people that sleep on their tummy sleep on a soft bed or soft mattress. Everybody has their favorite sleeping position.
