Climate change, weather weaponry, and star wars weapons, these are new terms one must know for everyday survival. This is because induced man-made disasters which effectuate catastrophes and atrocities, under the disguise of the weather, are being planned and implemented every day. The recent earthquake and Hurricane Irene in New York City are prime examples and the weather warfare research evidences that these are not random acts of nature.

A sophisticated suite of scientific (or diagnostic) instruments that will be used to observe the physical processes that occur in the excited region.”
These descriptions are very ambiguous, subtle, yet accurate. HAARP weather weapons are used for regional killings under the disguise of excited regions scientific study.
On the superficial level HAARP research implies that this program was created to change the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, every location that the weather weapon was tested on suffered great atrocity and communications disablement.
The recent New York City HAARP training disguised as Hurricane Irene left thousands of people with no electricity and or communications systems.
