I Have Been Bullied...

Once I was bullied and it was the worst time in my life. It feels terrible. You feel conspicuous and that nobody cares about you. Well, If you are being bullied then this might help, if you have been bullied you might relate and if you are just getting prepared just in case, read on...

First Thing I Did...

Ok, so the first thing i did and is a really important thing to do is tell someone. Tell friends, family, teachers, anybody that can help stop the bully and help cheer you up. Sometimes you feel like you can't tell someone because you might get on the tip of the iceberg or on the top of the list of people to bully, but sometimes you have to do what is right and you might get on the top of the list, but they can't harm you, because other people are looking out for you!

If That Didn't Help...

Ignore! Remember that they're only bullying you because they don't want to be bullied themselves. The people that are in the 'Gang' are the same, they don't want to be bullied either. So, you're all in the same boat. If you ignore all the words and action that they're do to you eventually they'll get bored and stop. If they start saying mean words to you or behind your back, just ignore them and carry on with your own life...

First Thing I Would Do...

Again, Tell Someone. I know I keep saying it, but it's honestly the best option. If you tell someone they will help you and care for you! They will want to be told that you're being bullied. They would want to help you and if you can't tell someone because you're scared then tell them anyway, because it's better to be unharmed then harmed!

If That Doesn't Work...

If that doesn't work and the person you tell doesn't know what to do then Block The Bully. If you block them that can not harm you. They will never see you again. If the social media you are on doesn't allow blocking you can also report them. Report signs are on most social media websites. If the websites don't have any of these options then you'll have to take down your account. I know it's not what you want to do, but at least your safe and can't be harmed. This will help!
