Do you think the world would be able to survive if we stopped using money as currency?
Greed is the number one issue when it comes to money, there is always a need for money, especially for those who do not have money or make an inadequate income. What if our economy was based on what we produce or services we provided? Would Apple still make its iPhones? Would Porsche still make sports cars? What if everyone had equal access to basic necessities such as food, clothing, and shelter without having to pay for it, but by being a productive member of society. The Indians did not use currency for basic needs, the early settlers to this country did not need money nor did cavemen.
Probably. We would just have something else as currency. Barganing, bartering. Life would be interesting and a lot of people would get ripped off. There would be a lot of changes and our economy and life would be entirely stripped clean.

Due to the economic woes we are in, many people seem to have stopped (or at least cut back) spending. Are you one of them? The worst thing about all this is that it becomes a self fulfilling prohecy. We are told that we are in a financial crisis - people stop spending - affecting cashflow within the...
