Astronomy For Children is a great way to get your children interested in science. Hands on learning through experiments and being able to see things through their eyes the best way to spark a child's interest in the stars around us.

When looking for an astronomy kit for kids focus on how the child learns things best and how the projects will be done. For example if the projects will be done solely by the child the astronomy projects will need to be somewhat simple and come with easy directions. If the child will have help or has previous experience with astronomy they may be ready for a more advanced project.
