assessment of Stevia and Splenda. I also observed your interest in trying the Luo Han Guo and thought I could be of help. I'm diabetic Type II and have tried practically all sweetners. Luo Han Guo is just as good and you'll probably like it. You might like to know that the company KAL manufactures Stevia combined with he Luo Han Guo in packets and it's good. Also, the company Jarrow manufactures Luo Han Guo combined with Xyletol which is also good. This comes loose in a shaker bottle. I hope this is helpful to you.
