I appointed a lawyer to deal with my employer during my sickness and the restructuring that is happening in my department as i was told that my role no longer available and i must accept one of lower level position with a 1/3 off from my salary and they will not make me redundant.
I had issue with the company for many years and I was complaining about the workload and condition of my work which effected my health. The last thing was restructuring so I took it very bad and I am off sick for two months.

the lawyer agreed for a fees of £1000 to £1500 to terminate my employment with my employers and he was on the phone to me all the time and i wanted a quick end to my problem and receive my notice period pay plus my redundancy package of one week pay.

He told me it is better if we try to negotiate with my employers lawyer to come to agreement for quick and better resloution.
