Be careful! While it is true that your insurance company will (probably) supply you with an attorney, this is only true if the lawsuit pertains to a matter covered by your insurance policy.
Additionally, attorneys help you with more than just lawsuits. Your business contracts, employee agreements, tax payments, and other technical business matters can be handled by an attorney.
