It would be impossible because the intestine is filled with enzymes which digests protein along with other nutrients. Since the main composition of human and animals are protein, they will be digested unless it has a way to prevent it. Some worms for example, can survive in the intestine because they are able to protect themselves from the enzymes.

Development of a baby takes place in the uterus or womb which is a hollow organ in which  fertilized egg called the zygote becomes embedded and is nourished and allowed to develop until its birth; whereas Intestine is a part of digestive tract between the stomach and the anus. The lining of  small intestine secretes a hormone called secretin which stimulates the pancreas to produce digestive enzymes. Most food products are absorbed in small intestine and digestion occurs there and absorption and water and excretion of solid materials takes place through large intestine. So it is not possible for a baby to develop there.
