Why the human being regrets his actions, often too late?
Regret ... is the Required Action; delayed ...
It happens, in our failure to see "things" clearly, in time ... in the hints, and the overall perspective scenario ... and when we eventually do see clearly ... its too late for any sensible action.
Regret ... is In The Ordained ... our Doing, and Seeing, what Hath been Ordained, that we shall See and Do !
