As an "A" personality, how do you readjust the thought that you are valued by what you can accomplish?

As an "A" personality, how do you readjust the thought that you are valued by what you can accomplish?
As a "A" Personality myself, I understand this phenomenon within me as well. I readjust my thoughts by increasing my sense of being. Our sense of being increases through many ways, one way is pleasure. Treat yourself to doing something for you. Try running, reminding you're doing that FOR YOUR health, better body, increased lung capacity, blood circulation.
Increase your value through prayer, I personally pray to Jesus and find my value of BEING in my faith that Jesus accepts me as I am, I neither have to please anyone or accomplish anything. I don't need to arrive at certain circumstanes to be happy, rather I am happy because it comes from my hope and joy of eternal life and new day every day because of Jesus Christ.
