"Perception is reality" Long ago it was believed earth was flat. However the (truth) is the planet is and always has been round. Our (reality) has a way of changing once new knowledge and facts have been gathered. The truth however stands the test of time.

I would say that you've hit it right on the head already. The truth is exactly what you have written.

I think reality can be different for every person on earth. Truth is something that has a more universal common ground where these realities meet every so often and are bound together 'as one'.
There's the truth of the law courts, of religion and of love.
