    What are your thoughts regarding  Da Vinci's  Mona Lisa ?

    Many questions have been asked regarding the famous painting, who was it, and why did Da Vinci paint it...why is it such a mystery ? Some say it was a self portrait, others say it was a woman he had loved...I have my own thought on this subject...care to share yours ?

    I saw it in person and to be honest with you I only think it's a topic of conversation solely based upon the fact that Da Vinci painted it.
    The Louvre Museum is filled with much more beautiful paintings and works of art. My fascination with the Mona Lisa was "ingrained" in me by the school system and society. smile

      husband who commissioned da vinci to paint portrait was informing his wife that he was transgender..mona lisa was him..fyi.. after researching the
      subject..mona lisa is a slang term in Italian.

    i remember that mona lisa was someone he knows, somebody wife i think. She doesn't look very feminine but peaceful.
