Is weather a design, yes or no and why?
I think weather does have design. It has purpose and patterns. I understand that it's not fully predictable, but it is and can be to certain extents, or else things like hurricanes couldn't be predicted. If there was no pattern to how some hurricanes work, how would they know where the hurricane was headed? I think weather also has purpose, rain is part of the weather, without rain, there would be no people.
earlier it was designed by all mighty God but as the time passes it is affected by human’s activities and now designed by Human.
Yes everything has a design and is programmed. This is what is shown in Matrix series. It all depends how capable our mind is to understand them!
