Our Educational System is Very Effective...

Updated on September 18, 2013

MATH IS CRUCIAL TO KIDS

We've all been kids. We've been there. We all know that it can bring distress. But we know that mathematics is an integral part of life. As such it is crucial that we teach our children proper math.

Children may work harder and perhaps perform better if they can be shown the importance of math in everyday life. Rewarding them for learning and applying math skills can be pretty effective. When I was 4 or 5 years old... I remember memorizing the entire mulitplication table (until the 9th column) in like a week. The prize was a bike.

Our educational system, in my opinion, is not properly imparting proper math. It would certainly fall to parents to make sure that their children receive the proper foundation.

When kids are left alone when it comes to math... well they may just come up with their own theories.

Every Kid Should Know Life Is Math

But our educational is not all to blame. Most kid just hate math. I did when I was kid. This dislike may not always come from hating math. It could come from experiencing mathematical problems.

Once you see kids stuggling with assignments or simple concepts, don't leave them. It is the perfect time to help them learn the necessary skills.

Now if you can't do this, you can always look into tutoring.

Don't let them turn into these...

You'd better teach your kid... or later in the future you might feel like canceling them out.
