Doing meditation at early morning hours will give us good results. Even concentrating on certain things will really fetch us good results. If it is for good things our mind will be accepting the same.
Meditation brings solace to our mind, then which can think creatively and get it done strength. Human mind is powerful weapon than any other think. It can create or destroy. All the inventions are created through deep thinking or repeated thinking about a certain thing. When you try to meditate you try to control your thoughts . By realising you are controlling or leaving thoughts is give us the thinking of the particular thoughts only. So, try to avoid that you are realising the thoughts. Give way the thoughts on their way. Do not try to give identity to thoughts. This way your mind will be clear. Making mind clear is the best way for meditation.With that thing you must try to empty your mind. Like a pond full of water is silent in depth. The moment you through a stone you can see topside of the pond you can see waves. Same way your mind also in depth should be calm and quiet. It should not get affected by outwards thoughts and activities. Once you start disturbing your mind knowingly and unknowingly you start creating a zone of thoughts. This disturbs the your meditation.
As I dicussed earlier the thinking may be positive or negative ,but they are thoughts. When your thinking repeately or stored in mind it creates a strong way. Any time it cannot be created outside your world. So any good things and bad things happens to us depends on our thinking and our interpretation of the things happening around us. Calm mind will always be the best answer for this. You can see commotion starts with confusion. same way thoughts filled mind always restless. To making the mind in rest you must streamline your thinking. Meditation will help in that.
