Enter the world of SUPERs :

As we all know, Super means outstanding or something of Superior grade or quality. Modern world has upgraded people's lives and comforts amazingly. Due to the technological advancements and researches, there is ample scope to choose the fields according to their varying tastes. The interest in a particular field, takes an individual to great heights and pave way for significant contribution. This contribution to society helps the next generation to understand the world better.

Here is an attempt to view our surrounding world in a different angle. We will enter the world of top human achievements and comforts, our environment, the highly developed mode of transport, scientific advancement etc. It is obvious that we are already enjoying these comforts in our daily life. We have to contribute our whole and soul to make ourselves reach this Super status. Even new inventions or findings may take us there one day....who knows! Dig deeper into everything and get something new to add to this list of Supers. World will surely recognise this achievement and rest will be history. Only a few really strive hard to get into this stage. But the bonus they get is truly a memorable one for the whole lifetime.

Supercomputer, IBM roadrunner :

Supercooled fuel engine for Rockets :

Cryogenic technology is the technology used in latest rockets. They have supercooled fuel engines.

Cryogenic Engines are rocket motors designed for liquid fuels that have to be held at very low "cryogenic" temperatures to be liquid - they would otherwise be gas at normal temperatures. Typically Hydrogen and Oxygen are used which need to be held below 20°K (-423°F) and 90°K (-297°F) to remain liquid.

The components of the engine have to be cooled to similar low temperatures so that the fuel doesn't boil to a gas in the lines that feed the engine. The thrust comes from the rapid expansion from liquid to gas with the gas emerging from the motor at very high speed. The energy needed to heat the fuels comes from burning them, once they are gases.

Cryogenic technology is also used to preserve the dead body for a long time in a supercooled chamber and experiment with them whenever necessary.

Burj Dubai, man made Super structure

Super structure on earth :

The man made Super structure is Burj Dubai in UAE. It will be renamed Burj Khalifa Bin Zayed after the president of the United Arab Emirates. It is the tallest building on earth. The building is 828 meters, or 2717 feet, tall. The final height of the building was kept as a secret when it was undergoing construction.

Supernova in space

Favorite of kids, comics and movie character, Superman

A man found space wonder, Supernova :

A space wonder and a stellar explosion. Supernovae are extremely luminous and cause a burst of radiation that often briefly outshines an entire galaxy, before fading from view over several weeks or months.

As we move further in Supers....

To go further ahead, we need an unpolluted and peaceful world. Is it possible to achieve this with these existing Supers? Surely not! We need to have Super brains for this. Only then brains will start thinking of our environment and people around us.

Yet to come :

But much more has yet to come in the future. Whenever there is a superior thinking about something, the seeds of SUPER will be sown, then and there. Results are seen later by the people, with their hard to believe kind of a change in lifestyle.

We all have so much potential if we set our mind and body to it. I'm sure genes play a big part but, if you don't have the determination it will never happen. this is a super hub.
