1. Headstrong ft. Tiff Lacey- Close Your Eyes (Andy Moor Remix)

When a song's title has has Andy Moor, Tiff Lacey and Headstrong in it, you know you're in for a couple of minutes that's likely to change the trajectory of the day!

Tiff Lacey has often been called the 'Queen' of Trance vocalists. And this, not for nothing. Her voice is nothing out of the ordinary, but it can do funny things to your heart and become irresistible within a few minutes of listening.

2. Headstrong ft. Tiff Lacey- Show Me The Love (Adam White Remix)

Tiff Lacey is nice, dark and deep in this one, awesome for the rainy day! And what can one say of Headstrong? He's a once-in-a-generation producer with an amazing ability to spot great vocalists to collaborate with. And he knows how to write meaningful lyrics that reach deep within a person and change him/ her for the better.

3. Lange- I Believe (DJ Tandu Remix)

I wish I knew the vocalist on this track! Sadly I don't.

This one's a must for the rainy day and an automatic selection to this list. It's served me on many a lonely rainy day.

As you listen to this one, close your eyes and think of that special someone in your life. You will probably become very emotional.

The 2 minutes and 33 second mark is a watershed in the track. That's when you begin to float away into another realm. Inexpressibly good and more than enough to bring the zing back into a mundane life!

4. Lost Witness- Red Sun Rising (Lange Remix)

Lost Witness=Class, and there's Lange in the equation, and Lange sure knows how to mess with lovelorn hearts caught up in a rainy day. Every time I listen to this one, I remember a lovely girl from my college class, and boy, it's insane and dopey!

5. Snatt & Vix and Denise Rivera- Here for the Rush (Dallaz Project Remix)

Hard and bassy, and floating in pads... That's this track. Absolute top quality vocal trance.

At the outset it seems a bit too high in terms of tempo, but as you settle in, you fall in love. The breakdown leaves you ecstatic and smiling to yourself like you truly understand what the Trance experience really feels like.

After the breakdown is a quality climax, and then the anthem, and you now know why Trance music is conquering the world!

6. Luminary- Amsterdam (Super 8 & Tab Remix)

This one is sensuous, and you feel it as a gentle caress on the skin. Just short of all-out Uplifting and seriously good.

7. Armin van Buuren ft. Jacqueline Govaert- Never Say Never (Omnia Remix)

Omnia is a serious talent. When he makes remixes, the quality is simply superb. He has a great sense of what elements to include in a remix, and how to sequence it. Hats off to him!

And about Armin van Buuren... He's the top DJ in the world, and there are many reasons for that, but the main one is that he is a dedicated lover of Trance.
